From 2023 to 2026, we have walked this road together, and I want to start with two simple words: thank you.
Looking back, I won’t pretend the journey has been easy. To be honest, much of what I see behind me is a long stretch of setbacks, stress, and sleepless nights. Some people love the costumes we make; some people don’t. We have received praise, and we have received criticism. I have learned to treasure every bit of it. The good reviews and the bad reviews are all precious to me, because they have made us better.
There were countless nights when I felt anxious and tense. I kept asking myself: Can we make it beautiful enough? Can we ship it on time? Will it arrive safely? Those questions never fully disappear. But they push us forward. We care deeply about fine craftsmanship, on-time delivery, and safe shipping. That commitment will not change.
Our dream is simple, but it means everything to me: I want everyone to be able to enjoy the fun of cosplay. That is why we make custom, one-of-a-kind cosplay costumes tailored to each person. It still feels amazing that among so many cosplay websites on the internet, people see us, find us, choose us, and support us with their orders. Some customers have bought cosplay costumes for their family or friends. Some have even bought them for someone who was about to pass away. That kind of trust and love touches me deeply. It reminds me that what we do is about more than fabric and sewing—it is about joy, memory, identity, and love.
We are a small workshop. There is no middleman. There is no big company behind us. There is only genuine passion. I believe that genuine love is what creates miracles. I still believe that something beautiful is about to happen. That belief has carried me through the hardest days.
Over the past three years, I have been through a lot. I lost my job. I felt lost. I started this business. I lost a family member. I got married. I became pregnant. Life has been heavy and hopeful at the same time. Through all of it, this small brand and yicosplay.com have given me purpose.
To everyone reading this: I hope everything goes well for you. I hope your dreams find their way. And I hope you never stop believing that good things are coming.
